Director, Customer Service

A transportation industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience, Deborah Page manages UCM’s Customer Service team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while overseeing and ensuring compliance for the company’s day-to-day air and ocean import and export activities.

Deborah solicits customer feedback to refine process improvements that further enhance customer satisfaction. She is certified in presentation skills, customer service, leadership, Maintaining Non-Union Status (MINUS) training, HazMat handling, forklift training, and time management.

After beginning her career in the transportation industry in the mail room of a major freight forwarder in Houston, TX, Deborah later joined Lykes Brothers Steamship Co, Inc., working in traffic and documentation and reshaping the customer service, documentation and sales processes for the entire company. After 13 years, she moved on to UPS Supply Chain Solutions where she was responsible for all ocean import and export functions within the Southwest area.
