Carlton “Tres” Blair III has continually honed his expertise in operations management and international sales throughout his 31 years of professional experience, including more than 18 years at UCM in Charleston. His mission is to drive new business development while optimizing logistical processes, creating ongoing value for customers by developing innovative solutions that optimize their corporate goals.

Tres’ strategic and passionate contributions have been integral to UCM’s success, and he continually heightens the company’s reputation as a leader in global logistics by fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

An alumnus of the College of Charleston, Tres earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations. He has also received several achievements and honors within the logistics field.
